Jodi Nation Joins Stafforce Ports as Client Solutions Manager

We’re delighted to welcome Jodi Nation, who joins our Stafforce Ports division, part of the Nicholas Associates Group, as a Client Solutions Manager.

Based in South Wales, Jodi will focus on building and strengthening partnerships in the marine and renewables sectors. Her role includes supporting workforce planning and recruitment at all levels, from apprenticeships to senior appointments, and developing tailored solutions to improve efficiency, retention, and long-term growth for clients.

With a background in business development and client partnerships, Jodi brings experience in helping organisations refine recruitment processes and implement strategic workforce solutions. She shared:

Outside of work, she is an active fundraiser for charities including Prostate Cancer UK and Cancer Research UK, and enjoys dance, paddleboarding, travel, and exploring new cuisines.
