Meet Lewis Walker
Lewis joins Nicholas Associates as a Recruitment Consultant, taking on a full 360 recruitment role focused on the engineering and manufacturing markets.
With a strong recruitment background, Lewis brings experience supporting both clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey. Having previously worked in accounts and finance recruitment before moving into engineering, he has developed a strong track record of building lasting relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
In his role, Lewis will work closely with engineering and manufacturing businesses to help them secure the skilled professionals they need, while supporting candidates in finding opportunities that align with their career ambitions.
Meet Reece Sanders
Joining alongside Lewis is Reece Sanders, who takes on the role of Candidate Consultant within the Engineering team.
Reece brings a unique combination of engineering knowledge, administration experience and customer-focused skills. His background includes a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing (Mechanical) Engineering and a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, providing him with valuable insight into both technical and commercial environments.
As Candidate Consultant, Reece will focus on sourcing, screening and supporting candidates, ensuring they are matched with opportunities that suit their skills, experience and long-term career goals.
