This opportunity is for Stafforce
Job Purpose:
- Manage the Stafforce Supervisors and Team leaders to ensure service delivery is executed to the agreed standard
- Plan and measure activities for effectiveness and desired outcomes to exceed the client’s expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership
- Attend all planning meetings to ensure the client’s requirements are clearly understood and communicated effectively
- Address forecast challenges, working with the resourcing team to drive innovative manning solutions
- Full understanding of the client’s business to have the ability to contingency plan and effectively react to changing needs
- Maintain structured communication and service review plans with clients in conjunction with senior management to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Create an engaging and positive working environment, demonstrating the Nicholas Associates values and leading by example
- Drive a candidate-focused culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities
- Accountable for adhering to delivery processes meeting and complying with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment and recruitment legislation
Skill, Knowledge & Qualifications required:
- Previous client/account management experience
- Experience of people management
- Experience of business planning and forecasting
- Operational delivery and client management experience
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Good IT skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Excel within a fast-paced environment
