Job Purpose:
- Effective management of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements and expectations
- Delivery of on-site operation ensuring a proactive approach to known client needs whilst seeking to identify new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfilment client requirements
- Work with the Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations
- Provision of 24/7 service to meet client requirements as required
- Accurate payroll processing ensuring both candidate and client expectations are met
- Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management
- Working with the Account Manager to identify business development opportunities
- Contribute to a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication
and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities - Create and maintain a ‘Pool’ of candidates appropriate to the client’s needs
- Ability to deputise for Account Manager
- Work in partnership with Clients to actively promote opportunities for X Sell within the wider business
- Accountable for adhering to delivery processes meeting and complying with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment and recruitment legislation
Skill, Knowledge & Qualifications required:
- Previous recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Good IT skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Excel within a fast-paced environment
