Olano Pledges Support for Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

Olano, part of the Nicholas Associates Group, are excited to pledge their support for Thornberry Animal Sanctuary, a local leading charity dedicated to rescuing and rehoming animals in need. This initiative gives Olano the opportunity to have a positive influence on the lives of pets whilst reinforcing their commitment to making a difference in their local community.

Thornberry is one of the region’s largest animal rescue centres, providing care for dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and other animals since their founding in 1988. Their mission is to provide animals with the shelter, care and support needed to find loving homes and live quality lives.

We fully support our people who choose to go above and beyond by engaging with causes close to their hearts. In this case, Olano will be taking part in volunteering activities and fundraising efforts in their partnership with Thornberry. The initiative was kick-started last month with Olano’s first visit to Thornberry, where they supported daily care routines for the animals. Their commitment continues in September, as the team tackles the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge to raise funds. Their efforts not only provide direct support for the animals but also raise awareness and inspire others to get involved.
