Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking recruitment strategy that aligns with our growth objectives in the Energy and Utilities sectors.
- P&L Responsibility: Manage the operations P&L ensuring we are delivering a positive contribution to the group.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Client Partnership: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding and client aftercare.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set for both you and your team, driving revenue growth.
- Performance Analytics: Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: No specific expectations
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of specialist recruitment experience, with leadership experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities that truly inspire individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and manage stakeholders.
- Self-starter motivated by achieving sales targets.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
