Stafforce Client Relationship Manager

We have opportunities for Candidate Consultants across our Nationwide offices

Reports to: Head of Managed Services

Job Purpose:

  • Manage the achievement of annual financial budgets and business plans, aid the provision of accurate forecasts, monitor and implement initiatives to maximise financial outcome.
  • Oversee delivery to agreed costs, identifying opportunities for savings and improved cost base. Support the management of age debt and payroll process to ensure all cost are minimised and controlled.
  • Accountable for Profit & Loss.
  • Develop and maintain robust, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with Key Accounts; working in partnership.
  • Establish and maintain structured communication and service review plans with key stakeholders within Key Accounts ensuring development and delivery of an agreed strategy for each client.
  • Implement and drive an effective recruitment plan for each client, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
  • Identify talent, recruit, induct and coach direct reports. Agree SMART objectives and KPIs. Performance management used positively to motivate and challenge to achieve excellence.
  • Create an engaging and positive working environment, demonstrating the Nicholas Associates values and leading by example.
  • Working with the Senior Team and empowering/coaching managers to identify business development opportunities within both existing client base and prospect clients, agreeing plan for development through to conversion.
  • Drive a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
  • Create and maintain a ‘Pool’ of candidates appropriate to the client’s needs.
  • Ability to deputise for Business Manager
  • Work in partnership with Clients to actively promote opportunities for X Sell within the wider business.
  • Accountable for ensuring delivery processes meet and comply with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment and recruitment legislation; monitored through audit.

Skill, Knowledge & Qualifications required:

  • Previous demonstrable experience of people management, operational delivery and client
    management.
  • Business development experience, proven track record of target achievement.
  • Previous experience of budget control and P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to forge strong and collaborative relationships, influencing and presenting at senior level.
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Innovative and creative, with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Excel within a fast paced environment
