Nicholas Associates Group Unites Communities Through Annual Be A Good Egg Appeal
Nicholas Associates Group has once again brought communities together across the UK through its much‑loved Be A Good Egg Appeal, with colleagues from Stafforce, Ashley Kate, andGraduate Career Solutions working collectively to support vulnerable children, families, and individuals this Easter.
The annual appeal, delivered across all brands within the Group, encourages donations of Easter eggs and treats from clients, candidates, colleagues, and local retailers. This year saw exceptional generosity across the network, with teams supporting a wide range of charities and community organisations local to their regions.
Across the Group, more than 1,000 Easter eggs and treats were collected, helping to bring moments of joy, comfort, and celebration to those who need it most.
How our brands supported their communities
Stafforce
Stafforce branches across the UK once again demonstrated outstanding generosity through the Be A Good Egg Appeal. In Carlisle alone, hundreds of Easter eggs were donated to support local hospital wards, helping to brighten Easter for children and families receiving care.
Thanks to the collective efforts of Stafforce teams, donations were shared with a wide range of charitable organisations, including: Queenborough Town Council Food Bank, NCIC Cumberland Infirmary, West Cumberland Hospital, Magic Moments, The Healing Hubs, Sparkle Sheffield, The Whitechapel Centre, St Baranabas Hospice, The Children’s Ward at Lincoln Hospital, Restore, QVSR Seafarers, and more.
These donations supported children’s hospital wards, families facing financial hardship, individuals experiencing homelessness, and vulnerable adults across multiple communities.
Ashley Kate
Ashley Kate teams also took part in the Be A Good Egg Appeal, supporting local charities and community organisations that work directly with families and vulnerable individuals.
At Ashley Kate’s Head Office, colleagues collected Easter eggs and treats which were kindly donated to The Trussell Trust Long Eaton and Sawley Foodbank, helping to support individuals and families facing hardship within the local community.
Meanwhile, the Ashley Kate Hull office also got involved, gathering donations that were delivered to Doreen’s Hull, a local charity dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness and poverty across the city.
The effort across both locations highlights the strong community values shared by Ashley Kate teams, with colleagues working together to ensure others can enjoy a little extra happiness during the Easter period.
Graduate Career Solutions
Colleagues across the business came together to collect Easter donations, demonstrating the generosity and community spirit that sits at the heart of Graduate Career Solutions. The team were delighted to donate their collected Easter eggs to Reuben’s Retreat, a charity that provides vital support to families of children with life‑limiting and life‑threatening conditions.
The Easter treats will help bring smiles and moments of joy to the children and families supported by Reuben’s Retreat during the holiday period, offering a small but meaningful reminder that they are not alone.
A shared Group tradition
The Be A Good Egg Appeal has become a cherished tradition across Nicholas Associates Group, reflecting the shared values that unite our brands. The appeal continues to grow year after year thanks to the generosity of colleagues, partners, and supporters.
Through this collective effort, Nicholas Associates Group is proud to help ensure that no one goes without a small treat at Easter. The donations gathered this year will help brighten the holiday for children, families, and individuals supported by charitable organisations across the regions we serve.
