Job Purpose: Maximise business through successful fulfilment, agreed on KPIs and effective cost management. Management of on-site operation ensuring a proactive approach to known client needs whilst seeking to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to achieve annual financial budget and business plan, supporting with accurate forecasts, identifying initiatives to maximise financial outcome.
- Management of age debt and payroll process to ensure all costs are minimised and controlled.
- Develop and maintain robust, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership.
- Maintain structured communication and service review plans with clients in conjunction with senior management to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Work with CRM to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
- Identify talent, recruit, induct and coach direct reports. Agree on SMART objectives and KPIs. Performance management is used positively to motivate and challenge to achieve excellence.
- Create an engaging and positive working environment, demonstrating the Nicholas Associates values and leading by example.
- Working with CRM and empowering/coaching own team to identify business development opportunities within both existing client base and prospect clients, agreeing a plan for development through to conversion.
- Deliver a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
- Create and maintain a ‘Pool’ of candidates appropriate to the client’s needs
- Ability to deputise for Client Relationship Manager
- Work in partnership with Clients to actively promote opportunities for cross-sell into the broader business
Skill, Knowledge & Qualifications required:
- Previous recruitment/account management experience.
- Experience in people management.
- Operational delivery and client management experience.
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise.
- Excel within a fast-paced environment.
